Ordering Processing
- All orders are securely processed by PayPal. Either your Paypal account or a major credit card can be used when placing your order.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm EST). Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Shipping
- All orders (domestic United States & International) are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Domestic orders can be sent either First-Class Mail which generally take between 3 and 5 business days to arrive or Express Mail which generally takes 1 to 2 business days once shipped.
- International orders are sent First-Class International and typically take between 5 to 21 business days.
Returns or Replacement
- Returns of unopened DVDs will be accepted, although the customer is responsible for any postage costs to return the item. A full refund of the product cost minus the original postage amount will be given. There are no refunds for the downloaded PDF Study Guides.
